Unused sticks, heads, and mesh purchased from T7NA.com may be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date.
We offer free shipping on returns. You can receive a return shipping label from us by emailing frank@T7NA.com.
Once returned items are received and verified by our returns department, we will issue a credit equivalent to your original purchase price for an exchange. To check the status of your return, contact frank@T7NA.com.
You must include your T7NA Lacrosse order number with your return.

We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged when they arrive. Product can be exchanged for the same item or an item of equivalent or greater value if the model you are returning is no longer available. Send us an email at frank@T7NA.com. with any questions.

Unused custom apparel items purchased from T7NA.com may be exchanged for a replacement with the correct size or if there is a manufacturing defect.
We offer free shipping on exchanges. You can receive a return shipping label from us by emailing frank@T7NA.com.
As soon as we verify your return, we will submit for the replacement with rush production and rush shipping at no charge to you. To check the status of your exchange, please contact frank@T7NA.com. You must include your T7NA.com order number with your exchange and include a brief description of what needs to be fixed (ex. sizing, print, etc..).
